I direct campaigns and programmes across the funnel, uniting teams behind a single goal. Clients have included Shell, Currys, Mattel, Co-op and Costa.

Content strategy

I use to content to create the right mission and journey-based strategy that recognises, tracks and converts customers using efficient and high quality content. I am used to working with performance marketing and SEO experts as well as tech innovators and content producers to create the right content strategy. Clients have included Costa, Co-op, Intel and Mattel.

CX

My strength lies in taking a holistic view of customer experiences, using a design thinking framework to unite the various teams required to properly execute great CX projects. My clients have included Bayer, Co-op and Costa.

Brand strategy and planning

I create brand platforms, propositions and messaging and turn brand positioning into brand strategy. Clients have included Amnesty International, the Internet Society and Kingsisher Group

Customer engagement/CRM

I have worked across multiple customer engagement and CRM accounts helping to create data-led audience and targeting strategies, customer journeys across the lifecycle and high performing customer programmes. Clients include Intel, eBay, Gumtree, Virgin Active, Lloyds Banking Group, Co-op, Currys, Warner Leisure Hotels and Halfords.
